Located in Milaca, MN, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is dedicated to empowering low-income families and individuals, particularly those eligible for or utilizing SNAP, through effective nutrition education. Our evidence-based program fosters a fun and interactive environment where participants can explore healthy, affordable recipes, develop practical meal and snack spending plans, and discover food storage techniques that promote sustainability. Additionally, we encourage physical activity as a vital part of a healthy lifestyle. Classes are conveniently offered both in-person and via Zoom, making it easier for everyone to access vital information and resources that enhance their well-being.
