About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Milaca, MN, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Offering live, virtual drop-in group meals, this program creates a nurturing and safe environment where participants can share the dining experience while receiving essential nutritional guidance. Meal support sessions are available four times daily, including convenient lunch and dinner options, allowing attendees to fit support into their schedules as needed. Each session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. While the Meal Support Program focuses on creating a supportive meal experience, it is not intended for crisis intervention. For those in immediate need of help, please reach out to crisis support resources.
