Situated in the Glendale Townhomes of Minneapolis, MN, the Glendale Food Shelf is dedicated to addressing food insecurity by offering emergency food assistance tailored to the diverse needs of the community. Our mission is to empower families by providing access to a monthly allocation of 25 pounds of nutritious food for each household member, ensuring that everyone can enjoy culturally-specific staples that reflect their diets. Participants are welcome to visit multiple times each month to select from a wide variety of fresh and packaged foods until their food allocation is fully reached, fostering a supportive and respectful shopping experience.
