At the Senior Food Shelf in Minneapolis, MN, we are committed to providing essential food assistance tailored to meet the unique nutritional needs of older adults. Here, seniors can feel at ease while choosing from a variety of fresh produce, meats, breads, and shelf-stable foods, ensuring that their dietary requirements are respected and addressed. On your first visit, you will simply need to complete a brief form to help us serve you better. Our compassionate staff and dedicated volunteers are here to help each participant select around 20 pounds of food each month, as well as pet food and hygiene items when available. To keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, we kindly ask clients to call ahead to schedule appointments for in-person visits, and we also offer complimentary home delivery for those unable to visit us.
