At ICA's Food Shelf in Minnetonka, MN, we are dedicated to providing food assistance with respect and dignity through our choice model food pantry. This approach allows you to select groceries that fit your family's preferences and cooking habits, ensuring you receive nutritious, well-balanced food tailored to your needs. When you first visit, you'll meet with a friendly ICA case manager who will guide you through the process, help with necessary paperwork, and inform you about additional resources available. To access our emergency food services, please schedule an appointment by calling us during our office hours. Although our lobby is currently closed, we have adapted to provide a safe drive-up model for food distribution. Our staff and volunteers will carefully pre-pack your groceries, and when ready, you can easily collect your bags from the garage. We also offer emergency bags for those in immediate need, and we are happy to accommodate specific dietary requirements — just let us know when you make your appointment.
