Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing compassionate support to residents of Minnetonka, MN, by delivering medically tailored meals to individuals facing health challenges such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, and other serious conditions. Our mission is to ensure that clients, along with their caregivers and dependent children, receive these essential meals completely free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our community of donors and dedicated volunteers. In addition to meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling to empower our clients with knowledge about healthy eating.
