Located in Monticello, MN, the Food Shelf at the Monticello Help Center is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals facing food insecurity. Our mission is to ensure that no one goes hungry, offering emergency food supplies to everyone in need, including low-income families, single parents, seniors, disabled veterans, and those struggling to make ends meet. We operate with compassion and care, focusing on the unique circumstances of each client and striving to serve our community effectively. To receive groceries, clients are encouraged to schedule an appointment. Required documents include proof of address for all adults in the household and a form of identification. In response to the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19, we have adapted our services to a delivery-only model to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and volunteers.
