About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Monticello, MN, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals are structured to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals are encouraged to join as often as they can to fit their schedules. We understand the challenges of recovery, and our program is designed to help foster resilience through community and connection during mealtimes. Please note that this program is not intended for crisis situations; individuals in need of urgent care should seek appropriate services.
