Home Delivered Meals is a compassionate nonprofit organization based in Moorhead, MN, dedicated to providing medically tailored meals for residents facing health challenges including HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. We understand that food is a vital component of wellness, and with the generous support of our community of donors and volunteers, we deliver nutritious meals free of charge to clients and their families. In addition to meal delivery, we offer valuable nutrition education and counseling to enhance our clients' health journeys.
