The Asian Food Shelf in Mound, MN is dedicated to providing access to nutritious, culturally-specific food options while guiding individuals toward enhanced economic stability and health. Our services focus on offering emergency food assistance that respects and reflects the diverse backgrounds of our community members. We welcome new participants to schedule an appointment for an intake application, or they can visit during our walk-in hours on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. In response to the ongoing needs from the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our hours to Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM to 3 PM for curbside pickup. When visiting, clients can simply park in designated areas marked by orange cones and stay in their vehicles while our staff and volunteers collect necessary information and deliver grocery items directly to their cars. Everyone in need of food assistance is supported with care during these challenging times.
