Home Delivered Meals is a dedicated nonprofit organization located in Mound, MN, committed to providing free, medically tailored meal delivery to individuals facing serious health challenges, including HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. With the unwavering support of our community of generous donors and volunteers, we ensure that our clients, along with their caregivers and dependent children, receive nutritious meals that truly serve as medicine.
