The Senior Food Shelf in Mound, MN is committed to providing compassionate food assistance tailored to the unique nutritional needs of older adults. Our welcoming environment allows seniors to feel at ease while accessing essential food supplies that include fresh produce, meat, bread, and shelf-stable items. Each participant is welcome to visit once a month to receive approximately 20 pounds of nourishing food, with pet food and hygiene products available when in stock. To ensure the safety of our clients, we now require appointments for visits, which can be scheduled by calling ahead. Additionally, we offer free home delivery for those who may have difficulty visiting us in person. Our supportive staff and dedicated volunteers are here to help seniors select food items that meet their needs, reinforcing our mission to alleviate hunger and promote wellness in our community.
