Home Delivered Meals offers compassionate support for Minnesota residents, delivering medically tailored meals to those managing serious health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. With the generous involvement of our dedicated community of donors and volunteers, we ensure that clients, caregivers, and their dependent children receive these essential meals at no cost. Our program not only includes meal delivery but also provides vital nutrition education and counseling. While we primarily serve the Twin Cities metropolitan area, we encourage those outside this region to inquire about funding availability. Together, we nourish hope and health across New Prague and beyond.
