Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to nourishing the health of Minnesota residents facing severe medical challenges, including HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Our mission centers on providing medically tailored meals delivered right to the doors of those in need, completely free of charge. Fueled by a dedicated community of volunteers and generous donors, we believe in the transformative power of food as medicine, and we strive to ensure that no one has to face their journey alone. Alongside meal delivery, we offer vital nutrition education and counseling to empower our clients and their caregivers, fostering a supportive environment for families throughout New Prague and the surrounding Twin Cities metropolitan area.
