About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Owatonna, MN, provides compassionate, free meal support designed specifically for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming environment where participants can share a meal with others while receiving essential nutritional guidance. With sessions held four times daily for both lunch and dinner, individuals can easily integrate meal support into their schedules, attending as often as they need. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are gaining their CNS certification through the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring informed support in every meal. While we offer valuable meal assistance, please note that this program is not intended for crisis situations; for urgent help, we encourage contacting appropriate crisis support services.
