Located in Owatonna, MN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges despite participating in MOVE!
