The Meal Support Program, located in Park Rapids, MN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a safe and nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can choose times that fit their schedules, allowing for flexibility and ongoing support. As part of our commitment to healing, all meal sessions are led by practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program working towards their CNS certification, ensuring compassionate and informed care.
