The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Pine City, MN, is dedicated to cultivating leaders who advocate for a just food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic equity. Through our tuition-free program, we empower Fellows with organic food system education and hands-on experience at our Allegheny Farm. Over six enriching months, participants engage in diverse projects, including growing and distributing crops, implementing innovative health education, and mentoring future cohorts. Our Fellows also work alongside local non-profits during their Community Action Year, fostering community gardens, supporting farmers markets, and enhancing access to healthy food. This fellowship is designed to make a significant impact by transforming education around food and ecology while nurturing a collaborative spirit in our communities. Applications are accepted until March for the following program year, which runs from May to October.
