Ruby's Pantry, located in Princeton, MN, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing low-cost groceries to individuals and families in need. Through our partnerships with churches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Iowa, we gather a diverse range of food surpluses and bumper crops to create generous food bundles that meet essential nutritional needs. Our program encourages community participation and provides accessibility, with no income or residency requirements. Guests can easily find pop-up pantry locations, and we invite all to join us as often as needed throughout the month. With a requested donation of just $25 for groceries, we aspire to make wholesome food accessible to everyone.
