Located in Prior Lake, MN, the CAP Agency’s Food Shelf is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources to families and individuals in need. We understand that challenging times require immediate support, which is why we offer a consumer choice model, allowing you to select foods that best fit your dietary needs. Each month, clients can receive a 5 to 7 day supply of emergency food. We also connect our clients to additional supportive resources, empowering them toward self-sufficiency. To access our services, please bring a photo identification for one adult and proof of address, such as a recent bill or lease. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain committed to serving our community from 9:00 AM to 2:40 PM, Monday through Friday. If you face barriers to visiting us, such as illness or transportation issues, don't hesitate to let us know; we can arrange food delivery to your home.
