Home Delivered Meals is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing serious health challenges in Prior Lake, MN, and surrounding areas. As a nonprofit organization, we prepare and deliver nutritious, medically tailored meals to residents diagnosed with conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Our warm community of generous donors and dedicated volunteers ensures that these vital meals reach not only clients but also their caregivers and dependent children at no cost. In addition to meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling to promote overall health and well-being.
