The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Red Wing, MN, is dedicated to fostering a just and sustainable food system through comprehensive education, advocacy, and hands-on experience. Our fellowship provides aspiring leaders with the opportunity to immerse themselves in organic food practices and community engagement, all while ensuring accessibility by not charging tuition. Over a six-month period, selected fellows engage in a transformative experiential study at our Allegheny Farm Campus, where they learn to grow and distribute diverse crops, implement innovative health education, maintain community and school gardens, and teach food and ecological literacy. Following this immersive experience, our fellows embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits to further their impact in the region.
