About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Red Wing, MN, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, accessible virtual group meals, fostering a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can join as many meals as fit their schedule once they are approved. Each session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring a supportive space tailored for recovery. While we focus on meal support, please remember that this is not a crisis intervention service; if you require immediate assistance, please reach out to crisis support services.
