WIC (Women, Infants and Children) in Rochester, MN is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as their infants and children up to five years old. Our program offers essential food assistance through supplemental foods, comprehensive nutrition education, and vital breastfeeding promotion and support.
