The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Rosemount, MN, is dedicated to nurturing future leaders who advocate for a fair and sustainable food system. This transformative program equips selected Fellows with skills in organic food system education through a six-month immersive learning experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year where they collaborate with local non-profits to implement their training. With no tuition fees, our Fellowship promotes inclusivity, enabling participants to engage in activities such as growing and distributing diverse crops, conducting health education sessions, maintaining community gardens, and integrating food and ecological literacy into educational settings. We foster a network of advocates who are committed to increasing access to healthy food, supporting local farmers' markets, and mentoring the next generation of leaders in the food movement.
