Home Delivered Meals is a compassionate nonprofit organization based in Rosemount, MN, dedicated to providing medically tailored meals to residents facing serious health challenges, including HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), congestive heart failure (CHF), and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Our caring community of donors and volunteers ensures that these nutritious meals, along with essential nutrition education and counseling, are delivered free of charge to clients, their caregivers, and their dependent children. We serve those living in the Twin Cities metropolitan area who meet our eligibility requirements, and encourage interested individuals in surrounding counties to reach out for more information about possible assistance.
