Located in Rosemount, MN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by providing annual obesity screenings and personalized referrals to tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions and telephone lifestyle coaching, along with innovative solutions like TeleMOVE! for in-home support and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer an independent approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
