Located in Rosemount, MN, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and above who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meal sessions designed to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can consume nutritious meals together. With four scheduled meal support times each day—two lunch and two dinner sessions—participants can attend as many times as fits their recovery journey once approved. Each session is conducted by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification, ensuring a compassionate and informed approach to meal support.
