The Meals on Wheels Program, operated by Catholic Charities in Saint Cloud, MN, is dedicated to providing nutritious noon-hour meals to homebound, at-risk, and vulnerable individuals aged 60 and older across 44 communities in Central Minnesota. Our mission is to ensure that seniors facing illness or mobility challenges receive healthy, balanced food delivered directly to their homes. We offer flexible meal options, including a combination of hot and frozen meals, allowing clients to receive up to 7 meals per week based on individual needs.
