The Meals on Wheels Program, part of Catholic Charities, is dedicated to providing nutritious meals to vulnerable seniors aged 60 and over in Saint Cloud, MN, and 44 surrounding communities across Central Minnesota. Our mission focuses on delivering essential food assistance directly to the homes of those who are at-risk, homebound, or ill, ensuring that no one has to face hunger alone. Each day, we offer a combination of hot and frozen meals, tailored to meet individual dietary needs, with clients receiving up to 7 meals per week. For those in need of support, our Senior Dining Coordinator is available to assist with meal arrangements based on a personalized assessment, making this vital service accessible to everyone in designated areas. Together, we strive to enhance the quality of life for seniors by supporting their nutritional needs with care and commitment.
