Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Saint Michael, MN

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Saint Michael, MN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a safe and nurturing environment where participants can join live, facilitated virtual group meals, designed to foster community and provide nutritional guidance. With meal support sessions occurring four times daily—including two lunch and two dinner options—participants have the flexibility to attend as many sessions as their schedules allow. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive informed and compassionate support during their recovery journey. While our program is a vital resource for meal support, it is important to note that we are not a crisis intervention service. For immediate assistance in a crisis, please text HEALING to 741741 or contact emergency services.
