Home Delivered Meals is a vital nonprofit serving residents of Saint Paul, MN with medically tailored meal delivery for individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, ALS, end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, and COPD. Through the unwavering support of our caring community of donors and volunteers, we provide nourishing meals free of charge to clients, their caregivers, and dependent children. In addition to delivering meals, we offer nutrition education and counseling to empower clients in managing their health conditions effectively. To ensure access to our services, we primarily serve residents within the Twin Cities metropolitan area, and interested individuals are encouraged to contact us about eligibility and funding availability for those living outside our coverage area.
