MOVE! Weight Management Program in Saint Paul, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year, connecting them with tailored treatment options that fit their unique needs. We offer a variety of evidence-based approaches, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which allows for convenient in-home support. For those who favor a more independent path, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides helpful tools for managing weight on their own. For Veterans who have made efforts but continue to face challenges, we also offer weight loss medications and options for bariatric surgery.
