Located in Saint Peter, MN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals living with dysphagia by ensuring they have access to essential resources. We provide food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all tailored to meet the unique needs of those we serve.
