About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Saint Peter, MN, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal assistance specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program hosts supportive and engaging virtual meal sessions that occur four times daily, with two lunch and two dinner options available, creating an inviting atmosphere where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others on similar journeys. Each session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program and are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that our participants receive expert guidance. While this program offers valuable meal support, please note that it is not a crisis intervention service. For urgent needs, please reach out to crisis helplines or emergency services.
