In Sauk Centre, MN, the Meals on Wheels Program, offered by Catholic Charities, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to vulnerable individuals aged 60 and over. Our mission is to deliver nutritious noon-hour meals right to the doorsteps of at-risk and homebound seniors across 44 communities in Central Minnesota. We understand the importance of accessible meals, especially for those unable to leave their homes, and our services are tailored to meet individual needs, with costs assessed on a case-by-case basis. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer a considerate combination of hot and frozen meals, ensuring that clients can receive up to 7 meals a week.
