The Meal Support Program in Sauk Centre, MN is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program features daily virtual drop-in group meals, offering a supportive and safe environment for participants to enjoy nourishing food while receiving encouragement from trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions scheduled four times each day, individuals can easily fit meal support into their routines, attending as frequently as they find beneficial. Our facilitators, part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, are committed to helping participants find their way toward recovery with understanding and expertise. While we focus on meal support, we emphasize that we are not a crisis response service; those in need of immediate assistance should contact emergency services.
