The Meal Support Program in Sauk Rapids, MN, is dedicated to offering free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are engaged in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment, allowing participants to nourish their bodies alongside peers who understand their journey. With four scheduled meal support sessions each day, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can choose times that best fit their needs. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are acquiring their CNS certifications.
