Located in Savage, MN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by offering essential food assistance and supplies. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those facing swallowing difficulties by providing access to specialized services and products, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the unique challenges that come with dysphagia and are here to help our community members navigate them with care and support.
