KidneyCare:365, based in South Saint Paul, MN, is dedicated to providing essential education and resources for individuals affected by kidney disease. Our program is designed for those recently diagnosed, caregivers, and anyone preparing for dialysis, ensuring they have the vital knowledge to navigate kidney health effectively. Participants gain insights into the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), learn how to eat well with kidney disease, and discover various treatment options, including home dialysis. We also emphasize the importance of coping strategies and available support resources. To meet diverse needs, our classes are conveniently offered online, via video conference, by phone, or in person, making it easier for everyone to access the help they need.
