Located in Stacy, MN, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is dedicated to empowering low-income families and individuals, especially those utilizing or eligible for SNAP, with essential nutrition education and resources. Our evidence-based program offers fun and interactive classes that teach participants how to maximize their food dollars, explore new and affordable recipes, create effective meal and snack spending plans, and learn efficient food storage techniques to extend the life of their groceries. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of physical activity as a key component of a healthy lifestyle. Classes are flexible, available in-person or through Zoom, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to improve their nutritional knowledge and well-being.
