Home Delivered Meals is a compassionate nonprofit organization located in Waconia, MN, dedicated to providing critical food assistance through the preparation and delivery of medically tailored meals for individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), congestive heart failure (CHF), and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Supported by a generous community of donors and volunteers, we ensure that these nourishing meals reach our clients, their caregivers, and dependent children at no cost. In addition to meal delivery, we offer nutrition education and counseling to promote overall well-being. While we serve clients primarily in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, we encourage those in surrounding counties to inquire about potential funding availability to receive our essential services.
