The Meal Support Program in Waconia, MN, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older engaged in outpatient recovery. Our program offers a safe and supportive environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals, held four times daily at convenient lunch and dinner hours. Attendees can join as many sessions as they need, helping to integrate nutrition into their recovery journey with the guidance of practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program.
