MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Waseca, MN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management solutions. Our mission is to comprehensively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app to manage their weight independently. For those facing ongoing weight challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Each Veteran’s journey is unique, and our goal is to empower them with the resources they need to achieve their health objectives.
