Designed especially for those utilizing or eligible for SNAP, our program empowers participants to make informed food choices and stretch their food budgets effectively. Through enriching nutrition education classes—available both in-person and via Zoom—participants explore delicious, healthy, and budget-friendly recipes, create tailored meal and snack spending plans, discover food storage techniques to prolong freshness, and learn practical ways to incorporate more physical activity into their lives.
