Located in Waseca, MN, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to ensuring that families have access to healthy and nutritious food. We provide essential food assistance through vouchers that allow women who are pregnant and children from birth to age 5 to obtain healthy food options. Our comprehensive services include nutrition education and personalized counseling to help families make informed dietary choices, as well as breastfeeding support to promote the health of both mothers and infants. Additionally, we connect participants with vital health care resources and immunizations to foster well-rounded health.
