Located in Wayzata, MN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to ensuring that individuals with dysphagia have access to essential resources that enhance their quality of life. Our food assistance program focuses on providing critical items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to support low-income individuals facing swallowing difficulties.
