At the Senior Food Shelf in Wayzata, MN, we are dedicated to meeting the nutritional needs of older adults by providing a welcoming environment for food assistance. Our compassionate staff and volunteers are committed to helping seniors select from a variety of fresh produce, meats, bread, and shelf-stable foods during their monthly visits, ensuring they receive about 20 pounds of essential groceries each time. We also offer pet food and hygiene items when available, recognizing the diverse needs of our community. To ensure everyone's safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, we now require clients to call ahead to schedule appointments before visiting, and for those unable to come in person, we provide free home delivery services.
