The Youth Drop-In Center in Wayzata, MN, serves as a welcoming and non-judgmental refuge for youth aged 16-24 facing homelessness and housing instability. We strive to provide a secure environment where young people can relax, rejuvenate, and access essential services during the week. Our offerings include a hot lunch program, personal care items, clothing, and an emergency food pantry to meet basic needs. We also provide shower and laundry facilities, bus tokens, GED support, and employment assistance with our onsite partners. In addition, we help youth obtain vital documents such as photo IDs and provide access to computers, phones, and mail services. Our eligibility support services connect youth with Hennepin County resources, while our onsite health clinic offers medical and mental health care, along with support groups for those who have experienced victimization, violence, or exploitation.
