The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, based in Willmar, MN, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture. This transformative program empowers Fellows to become advocates for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Through an immersive six-month residential training at the Allegheny Farm, participants gain hands-on experience in organic food system education and collaborate with local nonprofits during a Community Action Year. Fellows work on diverse projects, such as cultivating crops, managing community gardens, supporting farmers markets, and enhancing access to healthy food.
